Organized by Journalists Without Borders and Human Restart, a lecture titled “Migration of Professional Competencies for Vocational Training” was held, focusing on the German law in this field.
Mr. Ali Lali, an expert in professional migration and vocational training, provided a detailed explanation of the German law and its procedures regarding attracting professional competencies and facilitating their mobility for vocational training. The lecture also discussed the mutual benefits of these policies, both for the host countries and for the trainees themselves.
The lecture was well-received, and attendees actively participated by asking questions about the practical application of the law and how young professionals can benefit from vocational training programs in Germany.
