As part of efforts to strengthen bilateral relations and implement joint cooperation programs, a joint delegation from the international organizations Journalists Without Borders and Human Restart, headed by the representative of both organizations, Dr. Luqman Mohammed Saleh, conducted an official visit to the Technical College of Vocational Studies in Duhok on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.
The delegation was warmly received by Dean ot the College, Dr. Nawzad Rajab Zubair, and Dr. Fayrouz Mustafa, Head of the Media and Public Relations Division, who expressed their appreciation for this initiative aimed at enhancing academic and professional cooperation.
During the meeting, both sides discussed a number of key topics of mutual interest, particularly focusing on collaboration in implementing training and awareness projects designed to strengthen the capabilities of both students and academic staff, and to enhance professional media practices within the college.
Both parties affirmed the importance of sustaining this partnership through future action plans that serve the development of media education and keep pace with the rapidly evolving landscape in the field.
